All orders are processed within same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Scent2Pick is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
